The St. Bernard's story
St. Bernard’s was named after the original farmhouse, which still stands proudly on one of the main properties today. Farmed in the Riverina and the Northern Grampians, St. Bernard’s free-range pork is produced with the philosophy of ‘only the very best will do’.
At St. Bernard’s we are Certified Free Range, meaning that we meet the Australian pork industry’s rigorous quality assurance standards. This includes 147 different performance checks, carried out by independent auditors. This reflects that our approach to farming employs only the very best standards for the animals, farm and farmers – this is the St. Bernard’s way.
